Hey there and thanks for checking out this new segment at Passive Online Cash! For the past five years I've been working in the niche website space (you can learn more about niche website here) and now for 2017 I've set a new goal for myself, to become an Amazon FBA seller. Why you ask? Because Amazon FBA (FBA = fulfillment by Amazon) is a huge opportunity right now like owning niche websites was 5 years ago.
I'm going to journal all my of successes, failures, tips, tricks, and more on my path to becoming a successful Amazon seller, so without further ado let's dive in!
Anytime you start a business there is a lot of setup that is involved, same goes with selling on Amazon. Step 1, create an Amazon sellers account and configure your payment methods, etc. I'll skip the boring details of this but it's step one that you'll need to complete.
Step 2, uh now what. This part is where my 15 years in the Internet space gives me an edge, I know how to find products and what tools to use to to find niches / opportunities. That's what I'm going to teach you. To stay up-to-date each time I release new posts make sure you subscribe to my Amazon Challenge below now:
Great, now that you've joined the newsletter you'll be in the loop. Let's move onto the tools I use to find the niches. (You'll get the detailed criteria you'll need to use via the newsletter in just a moment)
There are several programs out there that promise to make finding Amazon niches a breeze, and having used most of them I can only recommend one...Jungle Scout.
I personally use Jungle Scout for all of my own product research, it's simply the best tool. No clutter, the web app makes finding and tracking products a breeze and the chrome extension makes comparing sales data, listings, and profit margins simple. So I would consider Step 2 of this challenge to becoming an Amazon success story buying your copy of Jungle Scout like I did.
Come back for Week 2 and if you haven't already signed up for the newsletter above do it now!
